Your level of direct engagement with attendees will depend on your selected sponsorship tier, as detailed in the sponsorship packet. Regardless of tier, sponsors are primarily responsible for driving engagement at their booths. We provide the platform and the audience—you bring the energy, creativity, and connection!

It’s important to keep in mind that Queen City Con is a community-focused, education-first conference—not a traditional sales conference. Our goal is to foster learning and career development for both seasoned professionals and newcomers alike. That said, we fully honor all deliverables in your sponsorship package you choose and offer access to sponsor opportunities in the Whova app to boost your visibility. Meaningful giveaways, engaging booth design, and hands-on activities can go a long way in drawing attendees in. Want to stand out even more? Be approachable, offer relevant content (e.g., podcasts, blogs, labs, open-source tools, etc.), and emphasize how your organization supports learning programs and events. The most impactful connections are built on shared knowledge—and those often lead to the best long-term relationships.

Once your sponsorship is confirmed and payment has been received, we’ll work with you to finalize all logistics. You’ll receive a form to fill out that we provide to the hotel and we will provide the hotel’s address and detailed instructions to ensure safe and timely delivery of your materials. We will offer limited overnight storage for booth materials if coordinated in advance with our team. However, your team will be responsible for moving items to and from the storage space. Please note that Queen City Con and its organizers cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended or not secured.

Yes! Each sponsorship tier includes a set number of complimentary standard passes, which you are welcome to use for your current or prospective clients. The specific number of passes included is outlined in the sponsorship packet.
